The information required by the employees is directly provided by the self service portal, so the Human Resources Section is not the responsible for it, which improves the satisfaction level of the employees. Requests, Certificates Issue, Supervised Information, Particular Information, Statistics.    

Advantages

The portal is oriented to the self service of the employee in many of the functions that today belong to the Human Resources Section. For example, each employee can access to his information (remunerations, retirement insurance, etc.) as well as making several requests such as obtaining certificates for example. It can obtain some information on the existing vacancies in the company to voluntarily apply for or information on the available courses in the company.          

The Personal Record is a unit oriented to the managers, sub-managers of the area, and the supervisors, where the data of the personnel of the own cost center, or the supervised staff, are easily and friendly consulted.    

The available data for the user are: Basic Data, Salary Record, Medical Leaves, Loans, Vacations, Evaluation, Remunerations Record, Training, Family Group, Month Variables (extra hours, etc.), Additional features.

It generates the related graphics to the information of each folder.

It generates additional graphics related to: Resources, Salaries and comparison of the Market, Variations of Salaries, Etc.

Reports Related to the cost center.

The requests flow is also automated (vacations, certificates, change of work place, etc.), allowing the provision of the requests to the different responsible ones. In this sense, the attention gets optimized and whenever it is possible, the provision of solutions is also automated, where related statistic information is generated as well.
