It is the solution that enables the administration of Electronic bills of periodic services as well as Products. The possibility of issuing electronic nominative bills of periodic services started with the pilot of electronic invoice of the S.I.I. (Internal Revenue Service). However, the possibility to issue non-nominative bills or product bills was a type of application that was not open for all by the SII. Such Service has currently opened this possibility to all the contributors. Before the possibility of issuing electronic bills, we were only able to work with pre-numbered bills, with fiscal cash registers (certified by the SII.) and by fiscal printing machines (also certified). The certification of an electronic bill requires the issuing entity to be an “electronic invoice clerk”, which means being granted with the respective authorization from the SII. It corresponds to the solution that enables the administration of Electronic Bills concerning periodic services as well as Products.

Advantages

• Cost-saving, the average cost of the administration of tributary documents is estimated, which is considerable in case of the bills, since its number is generally greater than for other documents such as invoices.
• In the case of pre-numbered bills, it is time-saving, by speeding formalities as the request and invoice stamping, among others.
• In the case of the users of fiscal cash registers and fiscal printing machines, it is really cost-saving in the necessary equipment for the issuing and the maintenance cost for this type of devices disappears, which is much greater than what is required for an electronic bill.
• The storage is much more convenient compared to the storage for the pre-numbered bills and much simpler and more transparent than for the fiscal cash registers and printing machines.
• he use of an electronic bill enables this to be sent through the Internet to the client or to be enabled for consultation on web sites, which gives better levels of service and, in some cases, it allows to save the postal mailing of such paper document.
