It provides the necessary tools for the administration and management of remunerations payment of your company in matters concerning the salary payments, fortnight, advances, calculation of terminations, Interfaces, taxes, insurance, Previred, etc. It handles advanced concepts as repayment of taxes, administration of allowances for medical leaves, distribution of countable centralization and others.

• The unit is integrated in a fluid communication and preferably automatic, with the entities related such as SII, AFPs, Isapres, Cajas de Compensación, Welfare, Work Unions, etc.

Advanced Functionality

Some remuneration processes require a more advanced application, so that the support for an end settlement or tax repayment must be enabled.

• The unit of termination helps the user from the simulation of a termination until the assistance to the termination process: Notification Letter, Calculation Process, Issuing, Accounting, payment to third parties. This unit is flexible by allowing the definition of different calculation rules (with different tops and different salary averages to consider the basis) so the rules of calculation for termination of legal contracts, as well as for those collectively agreed, can be formulated.
• Likewise, the system enables to define in a flexible and parametric way those processes of tax repayment that require the historic information and that may imply calculations formulas as complex as those of the remunerations.
• DBSoft also counts on a simulator of a gross to net calculation and vice versa. It is also certified by the Internal Revenue Service to automatically generate the files of the yearly declaration of taxes.
