Evaluation of competences
The staff evaluation is implemented in DBSoft through the processes to be made to the whole or a part of the organization. For such reason, it will be necessary to formalize the dependencies’ hierarchy of the employees and their supervisors so the responsible of each employee’s evaluation can be identified, by making simple, either 180° or 360°, evaluations.
The most important issues to be considered in the unit of the Staff Evaluation are:
- Configuration of the evaluation elements for each position and its respective importance in the process of the staff qualification.
- Configuration of the types of qualification according to the required feature.
- Determination of the evaluation forms, or qualification systems to be used in the process.
- Definition of the Evaluation processes, their periodicity and the target group to be evaluated.
- Making out of the Evaluation process, generation of eventual printed forms, manual and Electronic Collection and consolidation.
- Generation of Statistics of Evaluation
- Search of Historic Evaluation.
Training
With regard to the operation, one of the important features of the Training unit is supporting its administration, whether internally, directly with Sence or through an Otir, where is also used a tributary franchise, the agreement incentive, pre and post agreement training, trainees agreements, related learning and, generally, all the opportunities granted by the Training Law. The Training unit enables among other things:
- Maintenance of updated information of the institutions that provide resources, the courses they give, the subjects and the teachers.
- Support to the formalities required for courses given in the company’s premises or out of it, starting with the requests’ receipt by the different units, going through the courses enrolment, then the communication to Sence (where necessary), the qualification registration and assistance of the employees, the support to the expense distribution’s calculation, the formalities for the payment and the sending of the payment to Sence (where necessary).
- Support to the distribution of the Training Funds by administering the granting of Costs related to the courses.
- Support to the Generation of Statistics related to the personal training of the company that can be consulted in an unstructured way by the system users.
- Full integration with other units of the human resources system: Staff, Remunerations. Evaluation, Personnel Selection, Management.
Recruitment (Selection)
The selection process or recruitment comes from the definition of vacancies (positions, cost centers) that is generated in the company, and its operational goal is to cover these vacancies. The process enables to define several stages for the definitive selection of the staff, allowing the filtration of the most appropriate candidates for the next phase. Among other things, the unite enables to:
- The parametric definition of the additional features to the profile of the employees and candidates in order to fill out their data.
- Configuration of the most relevant features for the process of personnel selection related to a particular position. Pondering of these features according to their importance in the selection process.
- Automatic proposal of the candidates in the own data base as well as the one of the external Candidates. Examinations and trajectory definition of the status for the hiring of employees.
- Unit of Letters that particularly allows the writing of different formats of Contracts with dynamical clauses. This unit is used for other purposes such as the writing and issuing of additional documents concerning the employee (termination of agreement letter, notification, termination, seniority certificate, etc.).
- Provision of the type of contract to each employee.
- Issuing of contracts and modification of contracts (addenda) for employees and contractors.
